Fraunhofer TALENTA

TALENTA is the Fraunhofer Society’s development program dedicated to advancing women scientists in STEM. It supports researchers from the earliest stages of their careers, through their first leadership responsibilities, and onward to top-level scientific roles. Across its three tracks — start, speed up, and excellence — the program provides training, mentoring, networking opportunities, and protected time for career development and research. Its overarching goal is to strengthen momentum, visibility, and long‑term growth along each participant’s professional path.
